In the year 1995, after completing a stint of 2 years doing Business Development after his Graduation and Diploma in International Trade, Punit Rastogi was bit by the entrepreneur bug. At that time there were no fancy name such as start-ups or venture funding, but the economy had just opened, and there was some flexibility allowed for imports.
Having worked in the presentation industry, the team started – Solutions India, the flagship company selling Direct Projectors. After two successful years of understanding the business and market, the team decided to convert to Solutions India Systems (P) Ltd – SISPL, in the year 1997. At that time, they had a staff of only 6-7 people. Since then, SISPL, have grown steadily and has established as one of the premier names in the AV solutions and integration business.
As Managing Director of SISPL, Rastogi has tried his best to rub of this passion for AV, to as many team members that they have been with and always set a higher benchmark for themselves. All this with the aim so that customers understand – ‘Why they do what they do’ and give them a big smile on their faces when they use an AV System which was conceptualised, delivered, executed, and implemented by SISPL.
