Mustafa Rampurawala is a seasoned IT sales professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. He started his career in 1997, after completing his diploma in Computer Technology. In 2004, he joined SISPL as a Sales Manager for NEC projectors and displays and went on to conceptualize and establish the AV Systems Integration division in 2005.

Despite having a small team of only six people, Mustafa managed to secure some of the most prestigious projects and made a name for himself in the industry. Over time, as the industry moved towards solutions rather than just products, Mustafa ensured that his organization stayed ahead of the curve by offering the latest global technology solutions to enterprise clients in India.

Training was always an essential aspect for Mustafa, and he conducted multiple training sessions within the company to empower his technical and sales team. Mustafa is a diligent learner, having been awarded CTS in 2008, completed Design Level 1, 2, and 3 courses conducted by Infocomm (now AVIXA), and became a Crestron certified programmer. He has also completed various other certified courses offered by Extron, Poly, Tandberg, Biamp, Symetrix, etc.

Leading a team of technology enthusiasts within SISPL is one of Mustafa's significant achievements. He is a well-known and respected name among clients and AV industry colleagues. Mustafa has also written several articles on AV and other topics, showcasing his thought leadership.
Mustafa has also conceptualized the first group on LinkedIn - Audio Visual Industry in India - which has more than 2000 members. His LinkedIn network has more than 12,000 members.
