InfoComm India 2025, held from 9th to 11th September at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, marked a significant milestone in the region’s professional audiovisual and integrated experience technology landscape.
The official report of the trade expo state that the event welcomed 12,606 unique attendees over three days spanned nearly 9,000 nett square meters and the exhibition floor featured 200 leading companies, collectively unveiling over 130 new product innovations. The report also stated that this year’s edition saw a 28% representation from technology end-users, a 17.2% year-on-year increase compared to 2024 and also witnessed a marked rise in international participation, with visitors from 30 countries.
The event was also graced by Shri Ashish Shelar, Honorable Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra.
Several leading brands unveiled their latest innovations in professional AV and integrated experience technologies.
At InfoComm India 2025, Sennheiser, one of the global leaders in professional audio technology, presented its TeamConnect Family—a versatile suite of unified communication solutions tailored for conference rooms and lecture halls of varying sizes. The portfolio includes the newly launched TeamConnect Bar Solutions (TeamConnect Bar S and TeamConnect Bar M), TeamConnect Ceiling Solutions (TeamConnect Ceiling Medium and TeamConnect Ceiling 2), along with advanced features such as TruVoicelift and Intelligent Noise Control. Also featured was MobileConnect, an innovative, app-based accessibility solution designed to scale across diverse environments.
Sennheiser further demonstrated its acclaimed wireless microphone systems, including the EW-DX, EW-D, and SpeechLine Digital Wireless, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-performance audio solutions for professional settings.
The centerpiece of Sennheiser’s showcase was the TeamConnect Bar Solutions—cutting-edge, all-in-one conferencing systems engineered specifically for medium-sized meeting spaces and collaborative environments. These solutions drew significant attention for their seamless integration, audio clarity, and intelligent design, positioning Sennheiser at the forefront of next-generation communication technology. ERTHPOT introduced the Kyro Series, a next-generation line of digital audio processing solutions engineered to deliver unmatched performance, flexibility, and reliability. Designed with open architecture and modular expansion in mind, the Kyro Series allows system integrators to build solutions that are both scalable and future ready. With its powerful DSP servers, customizable input and output options, and seamless integration capabilities, the Kyro Series reflects Erthpot’s commitment to advancing professional audio technology and redefining standards in digital sound processing.
One of the centrepieces of the launch was the Kyro Konnect I/O, an open architecture DSP server equipped with modular card options that adapt to diverse project requirements. Users can configure the server with:
- KYRO KAI4: 4-channel microphone/line input card
- KYRO KAO4: 4-channel line output card
- KYRO KEI4: 4-channel AEC microphone/line input card
- KYRO KUSB2: 2-channel USB interface card
The series also featured the Kyro Konnect 128D, a high-capacity open architecture DSP server, and the Kyro 44D, a semi-open architecture DSP that brings efficiency and flexibility to mid-scale applications. Both solutions ensure seamless integration across conferencing rooms, live sound setups, and fixed installations.
Completing the ecosystem, the Kyro Station Paging Microphone was unveiled, an intuitive, robust paging solution built for enterprise, hospitality, and commercial environments where clear and reliable communication is vital.
The Kyro Series is designed to serve a wide range of professional environments. In corporate boardrooms and meeting spaces, it ensures smooth conferencing experiences. Universities and training institutes benefit from its ability to manage lecture halls and campus-wide distribution with ease. In hospitality and hotels, it supports background music, announcements, and event spaces with the same system. Optoma, one of the leading brands in projection and display technology, made a strong impression at InfoComm India 2025 with a showcase of its latest high-performance solutions. Headlining the exhibit was the Optoma ZK1320, a 4K UHD laser projector that has garnered multiple “Best of Show” accolades for its exceptional versatility and performance in professional environments. Featuring DuraCore laser technology for up to 30,000 hours of maintenance-free operation, the ZK1320 supports 360-degree installation and offers compatibility with ten interchangeable motorized lenses, including a zero-offset ultra-short throw lens—making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
Also making its debut was the FHDC135, Optoma’s all-in-one dvLED display, recognized for its seamless installation, vivid color accuracy, and integrated design. Complementing these hardware innovations was the Optoma Management Suite (OMS), a robust platform for remote device management, control, and real-time monitoring, designed to streamline AV operations across enterprise and education environments.
The Optoma booth attracted considerable attention throughout the event, offering live demonstrations and immersive experiences that highlighted the brand’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge visual solutions tailored to AV professional’s needs.
Xtreme Media made a commanding impact at InfoComm India 2025, marking its largest presence at the show to date and reaffirming its leadership in the LED display domain. The company introduced its latest innovation—the LIT Series, a next-generation line of LED displays engineered for high brightness, ultra-slim design, and energy efficiency. Designed to meet the evolving demands of indoor and outdoor digital signage, the LIT Series offers seamless integration, vibrant visual performance, and robust durability, making it ideal for dynamic environments across sectors.
In addition to the LIT Series, Xtreme Media showcased its full suite of display solutions tailored for advertising, retail, finance, banking, enterprise, and healthcare, demonstrating its commitment to delivering scalable and impactful visual communication technologies.
N-Labs also made a notable impression, presenting its i-Series installation products alongside a range of advanced AV solutions. The brand used the platform to highlight its expertise in sound engineering and technology development, reinforcing its position as a rising force in the professional AV market. Through live demonstrations and technical showcases, N-Labs emphasized its focus on precision, innovation, and reliability.
Generation AV, manufacturer’s representative for several leading professional audio and video brands, such as SurgeX, Optimal Audio, HH Audio, LEA Professional, NST Audio, iMAG Systems, Martin Audio, Linea Research and TiMax, showcased Connected technologies with a focus on access and control through the cloud and on immersive audio.
Their booth presented the opportunity to experience immersive audio with the panLab demo from TiMaX and listen to loudspeaker solutions from Optimal Audio Cuboid range used to demo panLab. Optimal Audio’s offerings also included the Talk 8 paging station and the ZonePad 8 wall mount controller
At the HH Audio section, was the new Aptur range of installed audio products and the CL range of Column Array speakers for applications ranging from House of Worship, Transportation and Corporate environments. At the SurgeX section the emphasis was on the new DisplayPak+, Vertical Series+ and Squid.
InfoComm India 2025 served as a dynamic platform for a wide range of exhibitors to unveil their latest innovations in professional AV and integrated experience technologies.
LOGIC introduced its LOGIC Workspaces featuring Visionhub and PODS, immersive interactive displays powered by NeoAI and next-generation chipsets. The booth also featured hands-on demonstrations of a 135" COB LED videowall and advanced digital signage solutions, drawing strong interest from attendees seeking scalable collaboration and display technologies.
BARCO showcased its newly launched ClickShare Hub Core, a modular wireless video conferencing system designed to enhance hybrid meeting environments. The brand also presented its latest QDX projector, emphasizing high-resolution performance and seamless integration for enterprise and education applications.
AVIENTEK highlighted its control room solutions, along with KVM over IP and AV over IP technologies, offering robust infrastructure for mission-critical environments.
EVERGLOW LED presented its Aura and Luxa Series Active LED Screens, designed for high-impact visual performance and energy-efficient operation across commercial and public spaces.
EXTRON featured a range of cutting-edge technologies at its booth, including the MGP 641 xi 5K Multi-Window Processor, UCS SW 313 4K Collaboration and Presentation Switcher with USB-C, NAV Pro AV over IP for enterprise networks, CA Series Speakers, and the DTP3 CrossPoint Series, showcasing its commitment to integrated AV control and signal distribution.
ZOAPI launched the Zoapi Hub Play and Zoapi Signage Play, offering a zero CapEx solution for wireless presentation and digital signage. Live demonstrations of Zoapi’s wireless collaboration and scheduling solutions were well received, along with a preview of its upcoming “BYOM – Wireless Conferencing” feature.
AET LED Displays introduced the NX COB Ultra and the AT 55” COB display, emphasizing ultra-fine pitch, high contrast, and reliability for premium indoor display applications.
A&T VIDEO NETWORK unveiled ColabX, a voice-activated multi-camera switching solution designed for large spaces, offering intelligent automation and seamless transitions for conferencing and event environments.
BIAMP presented updates to its MAX Connect solution, reinforcing its focus on scalable audio networking and unified communication systems.
Making its India debut at the show was the Christie Sapphire 4K40-RGBH, high-brightness hybrid RGB pure laser and laser phosphor projector.
Another major highlight was Christie’s complete range of LED video wall solutions. On display were the MicroTiles LED, the Lumia CoB, and the Core Series III.
Christie also showcased an immersive projection mapping demo powered by two Jazz Series DWU2400-JS 1DLP laser projectors, with content created by Knownsense Studios.
Epson, at its booth, demonstrated world's smallest and lightest 4K 20000 LM projector, hybrid meeting room solution, interactive edge blending solution for education, UST projector v/s flat panel comparison, immersive curve projection for experience centres, digital signage for retail, light scene projection, and Epson’s Real 4K v/s Native 4K home theatre projector pushing boundaries of immersive visuals, transforming spaces, experiences, and possibilities.
Filled with energy, ideas, and inspiration, Mindstec Distribution’s booth visitors experienced hands-on demos and product explorations at InfoComm India. Celebrating 19 years of innovation in pro AV with top brands like Datapath, Netgear AV, Btech AV mounts, Christie, and more, Mindstec showcased the brand’s focus on empowering global connections through technology at its booth.
InfoComm India 2025 concluded on a high note, not only through its exhibition but also through an array of content features. The Smart Tech Stage delivered a curated schedule of seminars addressing pivotal industry themes. Exhibitors leveraged dedicated demo rooms to provide attendees with immersive, hands-on engagements with their flagship technologies and the AVIXA Xchange Live, served as a platform for community engagement. It hosted sessions such as the AVIXA Women’s Council, Rising Professionals, and the AV/IT Community Meetup. This year also marked a significant milestone for the show with the introduction of the first-ever in-person AVIXA CTS® Training in India.
