Accupix Pro is an acoustically transparent projection screen made of a woven material that blocks light from passing through, but allows sound to pass through without being distorted. Accupix Pro, gives an illusion of the character’s voices coming from “behind” the picture as opposed to the sides or beneath it, as it emulates the characters talking. The SDR technology woven screen material comes with natural variations in their thickness and pattern, making them more effective in reducing alignment with the projector pixels and reducing the effect of moiré than that of a perforated screen. The woven projector screen tends to allow sound to pass through, better than a perforated screen. The SDR technology also allows complete opacity to the projection surface when viewed from the front, so the speakers cannot be seen through the screen and the speakers also do not reflect any light through the surface creating a visual deformity. The screen material is usually of a higher quality than standard screens. The maximum height available is 110” in height in any aspect ratio.This screen is available with zero edge frame and fixed velvet frame. Accupix Pro is best suited for 16K and UHD enabled content and exclusively available only at Lumina Screens.
