Lumina Projection Screens Makes A Spotlight Debut At AV Integrated Systems Expo

Accupix Pro

Leor 17

Splendora 14

Accupix Pro, Leor 17, and Splendora 14, star products from Lumina Projection Screens, will be debuting at AV Integrated Systems Expo, Hall 3, in Booth No. G60. Lumina Screens Accupix Pro is a woven, acoustically transparent projection screen material that enables the use of speakers behind the screen. The resolution, brightness uniformity and wide viewing angle makes it an excellent choice in dark environments. Since Accupix Pro is primarily used for behind the speaker placement, it’s fabric design SDR have a Unique Weave Pattern which diffuses sound to enhance sound quality and transparency. The SDR technology also enable complete opacity to the projection surface when viewed from the front, so the speakers cannot be seen through the screen and the speakers also do not reflect any light back through the surface creating a visual distortion. This innovation is best suited for 4K and UHD enabled content.

Leor 17, by Lumina Screens has a multifaceted Screen Surface. Leor uses the most Premium Fabric that incorporates 5 different layers each one precisely working on making this the most versatile screen. It has a smooth silver surface with black backing for the base and along with the lead pigments of the lead black coating to enhance the black levels. The carbon particle absorbs stray light and a Nano mirror with silver surface for reflecting light to the audience. With a completed diffusive top layer to diffuse projected light it gives an even image. It shows excellent performance in High Ambient Light Environment as straylight is being absorbed by carbon particles and only projector light is reflected. This is an ideal screen for passive 3D projection, which performs as a 2D screen under 2D projections. Leor is optimized for 4K projection and an HDR ready screen. This fabric can be provided in any custom size with seamless joints, absolutely invisible during projection. The screen is highly suitable for High end projects with high ambient light and /or have to project passive 3D. HGA (Half Gain Angle) of 35 degrees giving a viewing cone of 70 degrees.

The Splendora 14 is a 1.4 gain, multi-layered screen to the market is the Home Theatre version of one of our Cinema Products. In addition to the higher gain, RGB reflective coating i.e. the specialized Red Green and Blue pigment coated layer boosts the RGB signals from the projector. Finally, specially formulated top layer provides controlled light diffusion to maximum possible viewing angles. Its higher gain provides 40% better Whites and RGB’s. Splendora 14 can be custom sized with seamless joints, absolutely invisible during projection. Micro Perforations are available without black backing. This is an ideal product for projects where a low lumens projector is used or for Large sizes, with sizes more than 13-14 ft.

Aside to Accupix Pro, Leor 17, and Splendora 14, Lumina Projection Screens would have a line up of their other latest products which includes the Satin Premium, Color Pro, Accupix.
