Optoma Introduces the Ultimate Display Management Solution

The widely acclaimed Optoma Management Suite (OMS), an innovative display device management system highly praised by IT administrators, has undergone a comprehensive upgrade in 2025. This latest evolution introduces three significant enhancements: a more user-friendly management interface, seamless multi-brand display control through integration with the Hyve Smart Connector (OCH100), and an enhanced remote security management mechanism.

Optoma OMS upgrade makes cross-brand management easier for display management.

Seamless Cross-Brand Display Management

As the demand for intelligent display management grows, ensuring seamless integration and centralised control of multi-brand and multi-model display devices has become a key challenge. The latest version of the Optoma Management Suite (OMS), paired with the Hyve (OCH100), enables effortless integration and control of displays from various brands, allowing for unified monitoring and operation to establish an innovative management command center.

OMS has optimised user configuration features to address the challenges of managing multiple display devices, introducing a "Quick Batch Import" function for simplified operations. This feature supports one-time addition, editing, or deletion of devices, significantly enhancing flexibility and efficiency. A multi-administrator mode has been implemented to improve management capabilities and operational convenience further.

Streamlined Multimedia Control with Real-Time Messaging

In this upgrade, Optoma Management Suite (OMS) emphasises flexibility and personalisation, introducing 12 practical templates for digital signage. These templates enable the seamless playback of videos, images, and streaming content while supporting RSS feeds and Canvas template files for enhanced content display.

By offering a more excellent range of customisation options, OMS allows administrators to configure task-based content grouping, enabling scenario-specific arrangements that optimise content management and viewing experiences across diverse environments.

Additionally, this update introduces the Emergency Broadcast Function, which allows real-time message transmission to all connected display devices. Whether deployed in corporate meeting rooms or public display screens, this feature ensures instant synchronisation of critical information. It is particularly beneficial for emergencies, such as safety alerts, urgent announcements, or system updates, significantly improving notification efficiency and response readiness.

Remote Updates for Enhanced Security

OMS enables remote scheduling of display software updates to ensure devices remain up to date while also allowing remote access to projector network controls for seamless management. Additionally, OMS enhances security by locking I/O ports, preventing unauthorised users from modifying system settings.

Even new users can quickly become proficient with OMS, allowing administrators to focus on core business operations without needing individual device adjustments. This significantly reduces the time and effort required for device configuration, streamlining management efficiency.

Optoma's All-in-One Solution for Ultimate Display Control

The launch of the new OMS smart device management system, in conjunction with the Hyve Smart Connector (OCH100), delivers a powerful and flexible management tool, highlighting Optoma's continuous technological advancements in display equipment management. This innovation establishes a comprehensive cross-brand display command center, setting new standards in the industry.

Committed to providing intelligent and user-friendly solutions, Optoma empowers enterprises with enhanced accuracy and efficiency. It enables IT administrators to streamline operations and optimise display management, marking the beginning of a new era in innovative display management.
