ADTECHNO Announces Dante AV Ultra Encoder and Decoder

ADTECHNO Inc. announced the launch of its latest Dante AV Ultra Encoder and Decoder lineup: DAV-01HT, DAV-01HR, DAV-01ST, and DAV-01SR. These cutting-edge devices embody a state-of-art AV over IP solution, meticulously developed to align with Audinate's Dante AV Ultra standard widely acknowledged as the industry standard for Media over IP. These devices facilitate the transmission of 8-channel audio, up to 4Kp60 4:4:4 video, USB, IR, and RS-422 serial commands over a 1GbE network.

What sets them apart is the seamless integration with one of the renowned Dante Controller software, enabling AV professionals to effortlessly manage and route each signal individually, providing a streamlined and efficient workflow for audio and video distribution.

The Dante AV Ultra Encoder, DAV-01ST, features 12G-SDI and HDMI input ports (HDMI exclusive to DAV-01HT), converting video and audio into Dante AV Ultra signals. Notably, it includes dedicated output ports for each input, supporting loop-out connections for signal verification on preview displays and seamless integration with other video transmission equipment.

Conversely, the Dante AV Ultra Decoder, DAV-01SR, stands out with dual 12G-SDI and HDMI output ports per channel (DAV-01HR exclusively offering dual HDMI output). This configuration allows the simultaneous conversion of Dante signals into both 12G-SDI and HDMI, with simultaneous output through all four ports, catering to simultaneous video output to multiple displays and AV devices.

All models come equipped with a 2.0-inch IPS panel, offering video preview and audio level meter displays. Moreover, users can access Dante settings menus for adjustments such as sampling rate and latency using an intuitive rotary switch knob. The addition of a headphone jack facilitates audio monitoring, allowing users to confirm received audio through headphones.

Dante AV Ultra enables the transmission of intricate 4K60 graphical content with high quality, visually lossless results, and extremely low latency. Tailored for professional AV environments such as stadiums, arenas, theaters, churches, schools, offices, and boardrooms, this solution prioritizes minimal latency in both video and audio, ensuring optimal performance in demanding settings.
