INOGENI's Latest Toggle Rooms Streamlines Videoconferencing with BYOM/BYOD Approach

INOGENI Toggle Rooms allows users to seamlessly switch from a Room PC to a laptop host, ensuring a friendly and efficient meeting experience

INOGENI is set to introduce the all-new Toggle Rooms for advance videoconferencing experiences through BYOM/BYOD approach. It's a new 4K BYOD/BYOM - 2PCs switcher for USB 3.0/HDMI devices and is designed to meet easy configuration requirements. The device ensures a pro-AV, unified communication system with a remarkable 4Kp60 resolution.

Engineered by video professionals, Toggle Rooms is one of the most compatible USB 3.0 devices that supports USB-C (100 W), USB, and HDMI connections. The device supports a power supply of 160W (85-264VAC 50/60Hz to 24V/6.67A DC), operating temperature of 0° to 45° C (32° to 113° F), and weights 770g with 9.89" x 4.32" x 1.28" dimensions. It has the ability to mount under the table or on a wall as an easy-to-use switcher.

TOGGLE ROOMS provides a 4Kp60 pro-AV and unified communication system that enables users to seamlessly switch from a Room PC to laptop host, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient meeting experience.

INOGENI's one cable solution to take control of the room:

  • It offers flexible options with USB-C with power delivery 100W or USB-B + HDMI.
  • The product includes 2-meter USB-C 100W cable.
  • It features USB-C solutions tested up to 10 meters.
  • It can work with 1 or 2 monitors - adaptable for 4Kp60 or 21:9 wide screens.

In the room PC mode for BYOD content sharing, the Room PC is the system that is currently selected to the main USB and HDMI peripherals. However, if the user would like to send HDMI content from the laptop's USB-C or HDMI connection to the Room PC, it is possible to do so with the HDMI SHARE output connection. Furthermore, in the BYOM mode, the laptop is the system that is currently selected to the main USB and HDMI peripherals. The Room PC is completely disconnected from the setup.

The operating modes supported by Toggle Rooms include the automatic mode, which switches automatically to the last source (USB or HDMI) connected. If the current source is disconnected, the device will switch back to the other source if it is detected. Push-button action and remote control are also supported. Furthermore, the manual mode will enable you to force a specific source selection. Push-button action and remote control are also supported. The manual mode with fallback supports the same features as the manual mode. It will only add the possibility to switch to the other detected source connection automatically if the selected source is disconnected.

Nataraju Upputuri, Founder and CEO, Nteck Systems, said, "With my experience with INOGENI Canada as OEM over last 5 years of our tie-up, we found that most of the products introduced by INOGENI are very well thought off and have been found successful in UC applications. This will surely be the case with TOGGLE ROOMS as well. That's because this product is a problem solver for integrators and clients across the globe in huddle rooms & soft VC rooms applications at affordable price." He adds, "I was also a small part of this product discussion from over a year and initial application thoughts to product released now, with many added features, is very well designed keeping in mind about most of the small, mid-sized applications in UC environment. INOGENI has assured us that we would be one of the first distributors to get hands on this product and are very excited, waiting for our first lot to reach us. With my vast experience in AV-IT & UC market, I personally foresee that INOGENI Toggle Rooms is a game-changer product in soft VC rooms."
