Maxell Pro AV Expands Laser Projector Lineup with the 4K MP-WU8101 3LCD

Maxell Pro AV has announced the expansion of its laser projector lineup with the 4K ready MP-WU8101 3LCD laser projector. The new high brightness 3LCD projector is designed to deliver stunning displays for digital signage applications as well as large lecture halls, conference rooms, auditoriums and museums. An extension of Maxell’s laser projector line, the MP-WU8101 comes backed by a generous 5-year/20,000-hour warranty.

The MP-WU8101 projector comes 4K ready— designed with 4K signal input on HDMI, HDBaseT and Display Port input terminals for HD and 4K images and videos providing an enhanced viewing experience. In addition, the 10,000 ANSI lumen brightness creates stunning displays in spaces where natural and ambient light is unavoidable.

With up to 50,000 hours light source life on Long Life 2 mode, the MP-WU8101 provides vivid, colorful projection— and with laser light source, mercury lamps and lamp replacement become obsolete, resulting in lower maintenance costs and an eco-friendlier projection investment.

“The past year, we’ve seen a drastic turn in how spaces, especially large ones, are being occupied and utilized— and our new 3LCD projectors are designed to fit the needs of nearly any large room. Ensuring each space, regardless of its natural lights or sheer size, has brilliant visuals is incredibly important to us, especially as more spaces are cognizant of the number of people in each room,” says Ray Soltys, Director of Sales, Maxell Corporation of America. “Dynamic design coupled with our 5-year or 20,000-hour warranty, customers can feel confident that they are investing in equipment that will produce vibrant and crisp graphics.”

Available in both black and white and with 360-degree rotation installation options, the LCD laser projector installs seamlessly into each space— allowing for more creative and flexible applications. With the ability to combine up to 12 projectors and using features such as the Projector Blending Tool 3 and Edge Blending and Warping, users can create seamless images on large and curved surfaces.

With features designed for easy installation and setup, the MP-WU8101 laser projector comes with Perfect Fit 2 to ensure that projection edges are independently lined up for each display. Additional standard features such as Wireless Presentation Compatibility allow for seamless transitions between presentations while eliminating close shared spaces and touch points.

From singular setups in large conference rooms to expansive multi-projector installations, Maxell’s new MP-WU8101 3LCD laser projector creates vivid, bright and clear images for any large-scale space.

The white model of the MP-WU8101 is now available, with a black model available later this year.
